Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Bakies apparel. To request a return, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

For an ordinary return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we made an error.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you on a replacement, if available, or a refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

Because DROP 001 is a limited release, we cannot guarantee exchanges for a different size or color. Contact us and we’ll check availability.

To request a pre-order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If a shipping delay occurs, you may decline the revised shipping date and receive a full refund.
